Weight Watchers Update

WOOOOOOO-HOOOOOOOOOOOOO!


So, it has been 6.5 weeks and I have lost half of my goal. I'm so excited I can barely stand it! 10 pounds down the tubes and they will not be missed. It amazes me how there are gobs of me just gone now. I'm a scientific person and burning fat makes physiological sense, but when it actually happens to my body, I'm just amazed. I'm down to a size 6 now and some of those are too big. I am just blown away by how this Weight Watchers thing works. If you stay in your points, you loose weight. Its as easy as that. Then throw in running all the time, and it falls off even faster. I still have to say that I think it's a form of controlled starvation because I am hungry a lot, but I can always choose a 0 point diet coke to get me through the tough times.
